Project Management
Newman Design brings development and construction experience to its added value project management services and works in tandem with each project’s construction team.

Project Estimating  
Newman Design provides estimating services for each of its assignments. This service provides a reliable budget upon which project decisions can be made as well as increasing construction quality and reducing overall project costs.

Value Engineering
From the foundation to the roof, Newman Design reviews critical cost systems and provide alternatives for construction methods, structures and materials.

Space Planning
For each of our projects, Newman Design has designed the majority of the interiors. This includes schematic design, construction documents, furniture system layouts and interior design.
